New men’s remand and intake centre – EOI now open
The NT Government seeks expressions of interest (EOI) from suitably experienced and highly capable consortia to design, build, finance, operate and maintain (DBFOM) a new, contemporary 1,200 bed men’s remand and intake centre under a proposed public private partnership (PPP) that will integrate with and enhance the Territory’s existing correctional network.
The EOI phase is the first stage to select preferred proponents in a competitive process. Proponents shortlisted from the EOI phase will be invited to participate in a subsequent request for proposals stage.
Interested proponents need to have a genuine interest in submitting an EOI and have the skills, capacity, resources and experience to deliver the project in full, or a material component of the project.
