Government owned corporation governance and reporting framework

The government owned corporation (GOC) governance and reporting framework provides direction and advice on the processes, timeframes, content and controls associated with the governance relationships between GOCs, shareholding and portfolio ministers, and the Department of Treasury and Finance.

The framework, together with the Government Owned Corporations Act 2001, the enabling legislation for each GOC, and the Territory's policy statement on competitive neutrality, establish the operating and accountability framework for GOCs in the Territory.
