From 1 October, the Northern Territory Government is offering home owner grants of up to $50,000. Whether you’re building or buying, there’s a grant to help make your dream home a reality. Grants are available to Territorians and anyone looking to call the Territory home.
First-home buyers
Building?
- Get up to $50,000 with the HomeGrown Territory grant.
Buying an established home?
- Get $10,000 with the First Home Owner grant.
Already own a home?
- The Fresh Start New Home grant offers up to $30,000 to buy or build a new home.
