Applications are now open for the Department of Treasury and Finance/Department of the Chief Minister and Cabinet’s 2025 graduate program.
Our graduate program is specifically designed to develop future leaders.
Department of Treasury and Finance/Department of the Chief Minister and Cabinet graduates get:
- to work on high-level projects
- structured training
- guidance from mentors in senior positions
- an understanding of how government operates.
You will start on a competitive salary and we will provide financial assistance if you need to relocate to Darwin for the duration of the program.
To be considered for the program, you must have:
- completed a Bachelor degree or higher in the last 3 years
- strong analytical and research skills
- the ability to work as part of a team.
Applicants from both interstate and the Northern Territory are encouraged to apply.

- Selection process commences: 5 April 2024
- Successful graduates anticipated to commence: January 2025
